1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to provide transparent shipping costs. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Processing Time (Mobilization)
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods (like Black Friday), processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your loadout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. International Shipping
Terozi proudly ships to tactical enthusiasts worldwide.
Duties & Taxes: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Terozi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Terozi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@terozi.com.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at support@terozi.com within 5 days of the delivery date.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
